Last updated: July 31, 2026

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Dealer Listing Pro ("Service"), a product owned and operated by Dealer Merchant Center ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Dealer Listing Pro is a software tool that helps car dealerships format and post vehicle inventory to Facebook Marketplace. We do not post listings on your behalf or guarantee that any listing will remain visible, unflagged, or generate sales.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of a licensed dealership or business entity. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws, platform rules, and dealership policies.

3. Accounts and Billing

A valid Dealer Merchant Center account is required to use the Service. Subscription fees are billed at the rate shown at signup, currently $200 per month. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Dealer Merchant Center account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused days in the current billing period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to post misleading, fraudulent, or otherwise prohibited content. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of vehicle descriptions, pricing, photos, and compliance with Facebook Marketplace terms and applicable automotive advertising laws.

5. Intellectual Property

Dealer Listing Pro and all associated code, designs, branding, and content are the property of Dealer Merchant Center. You retain ownership of your dealership content and grant us a limited license to use it solely to provide the Service.

6. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or platform update. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dealer Merchant Center shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ends, but any outstanding payment obligations remain due.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

11. Contact

For questions about these Terms, contact Dealer Merchant Center through your account dashboard or at the contact information listed on dealermerchantcenter.com.

Return Policy

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will review the transaction. Approved billing errors will be corrected at our sole discretion.

You may cancel your subscription anytime through your Dealer Merchant Center account. Your access will continue until the end of the current paid billing period.
